You can create an SLA Dashboard, where you can place different gadgets that will help you understand how your organization deals with SLAs.

We have 3 gadgets to choose from:

  • SLA PowerBox Breached report - shows the number of issues breached
  • SLA PowerBox Performance gadget - shows a performance report on the SLA metric over time. It's useful to track the percentage of SLAs completed on time
  • SLA PowerBox State Gadget - Shows SLA Metric's states over time. It's useful to track SLA trends based on a number of active and finished issues.

You can also choose what period of time you want to analyze and whether the value should be numerical or percentage.
